WHAT  IS A INSPECTION

A home inspection is a visual inspection of the
structural and mechanical components of the
home.  The results of the inspection are
detailed in writing following the inspection.  
The goal of a home inspection is to give the
prospective buyer an unbiased evaluation of
the condition of the home.  Sellers often get
inspections as well, desiring  to identify any
defects in the home prior to being listed.
